Create icons and cursors with Microangelo Toolkit. The toolkit consists out of four programs: Animator, Explorer, Librarian and Studio. Using Studio, you can create mouse cursors and icons of 256x256 resolution and RGB + alpha color depth. Different effects included. Animator can be used to created animated files, while Explorer and Librarian stand for file browser. Files can be saved in Icon/Cursor resource, Photoshop or PNG file format.


Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: Files created with Studio and Animator can be used under Icon/Cursor resource file and Animation file, but the saving window doesn't exactly prompt you to choose the extension of the saved file. Strange, huh? As for Explorer, it is the same as Windows Explorer, so I don't understand why the developers even bothered to create it. You cannot import image files into Studio in order to turn them into icons.

In conclusion: Nice, but too simple, with fewer features then it's counterparts and even some redundant elements such as Explorer.
